NO REFUNDS/BUYER BEWARE! The bouquet that arrived is not at all like what was ordered. No mason jar, only 1 color of flower, wilted sad flowers upon delivery. Terrible service. Will not order again. Very disappointed as I never had issues in the past, but now the company has gone downhill.

I ordered form Bloomex on behalf of a group for a friend. I paid extra to supersize the order, paid an extra $30 for a birthday mug and chocolates and a gourmet gift was to be included with the order. The "supersized" bouquet in the picture on the website was very large with 13 roses and a bunch of other flowers. The bouquet that came had 3 roses and some piddly other flowers (what is a regular size bouquet, 1 rose?) NOT supersized as purchased. The birthday mug was not delivered neither was the gourmet gift. Bloomex said that Brandon is not in their delivery area and the local florist they used does not offer the same special deals that I paid for so they substituted for a smaller bouquet without my permission. They did not refund me for the items that were not delivered. They offered me a store credit (after telling me that we are not in their delivery area). A store credit is of no use because I will never be using them again and why would I order from them again, after they told me the don't service Brandon only to be put in the same situation again. They do a very good job of scamming people, false advertising and a bait and switch. Terrible company. They don't even deserve 1 star.
