Ordered these from Vancouver, late at night on a Sunday, for a delivery the next day (Monday). Very on top of communications with the recipient regarding delivery. Paid for 'premium' arrangement of Sweet As Sugar. R

I don’t know what the lady’s name that made this bouquet for me but I wanted to purchase a bouquet right in my price range and she was able to make a bouquet on the spot for a graduation same day. Easy website to use and received constant updates via email! No complaints in the communication department. The flowers were beautiful — only thing was, I originally ordered a certain bouquet because it was non-toxic for pets, and they ended up including/replacing some flowers with toxic ones. However, I never ever made them aware of my intention, and any florist makes it clear that the bouquet won’t be the exact same as the photo. So once again, no complaints! I let the recipient know about the mildy toxic additions and they didn’t mind at all! Purchased: Loving Thoughts

Once my on-line order is placed, I am assured they will do whatever they can to contact the recipient and arrange a delivery time.
