I was a ‘first time’ buyer with Blue Bungalow in December 2025. I have two issues here. One: My order of 8 items was placed online on 14th Dec but the goods were only delivered on 31 December. Disappointing for me as I was hoping to take the clothing on my summer holiday. The parcel was delivered while I was away. It took 16 days overall. I get it, it was Christmas etc etc. But receiving an order within 8-10 days is reasonable I would have thought. This was far above that. Two. I was disappointed with the quality of fabrics of the garments, and found the stitching ordinary. I would happily pay more for garments if the quality and stitching was better quality and more polished. This is the trap of online shopping when you can’t feel the fabric and have to rely on the advertised pictures. I won’t be ordering anything else from this company.

I went to the Blue Bungalow store on Friday and the whole experience was 5 stars. The shop is lovely, with a cute little cafe caravan next door, and there are so many staff around to help. The best set up possible, with the store located next door to its warehouse, so there is plenty of excess stock, and they have staff run between the two buildings so you can continue to browse whilst they bring the sizes over for you. A massive shoutout to Jo, who helped me with my whole shopping experience - she was simply the best. Cannot wait to go back! X

Five stars for Blue Bungalow! Their dresses are genuinely fabulous and offer incredible value.... they are so well-priced! The fit was perfect on every piece, which is always a bonus. I was especially grateful that my delivery arrived promptly and on time, even in the busy week leading up to Christmas. Exceptional service and gorgeous clothing!

Took my Stepmum who is over from Perth to the shop in Brisbane today. How have I not known about this place sooner! Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Like something but can't find your size, they pop out to the warehouse and grab it for you. Beautiful bright and clean shop. Overall, a brilliant shopping experience 🩵
