We had the best experience at Blue Diamond! I came in because I had 2 diamonds on my wedding band and almost 6 total go missing in the almost the 3 years I’ve been married. I had my ring made out of state so I wanted to find a closer jeweler and one I could trust, so this wouldn’t keep happening. I came in and met with Soran, (I believe that’s his name) He was so helpful with a warm, kind energy. He insured me he would have all the prongs checked and secured, they also did a complimentary cleaning that made it look brand new! The next day when I came to pick it up I brought my wife so she could add some brushed parts and engraving on hers and Demitry and Debbie made us feel valued and like we were in great hands. Demitry is so wonderful and knowledgeable and helped pick out the perfect font, and was able add the brushed parts to my wife’s ring just the way she wanted! Blue Diamond is a trustworthy jeweler with incredible customer service, and fair pricing. They definitely earned our trust and we will be using them for allll our future jewelry purchases. Been coming to this establishment for the last 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say. They are excellent at working with you to make custom jewelry and helping with repairs. Just today, I went in to get a gold chain fixed and Debbie was amazing at walking me through the process and getting my chain fixed. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to detail.
