My girlfriend has been going to Bob for many years, she only has good things to say about his business ethics and kindness. He also will teach you quite a bit if you care to listen, the man is extremely knowledgeable having been in the business for so long. He will patiently answer any and all questions you have with a smile. You can tell he enjoys his interactions with customers. He encourages you to get other offers before making a decision to sell which actually blew my mind. I never felt pressured at all to hurry and sell, but rather took his offer because it was very fair. His generosity is legendary.
