It's a Huge Nope here ! I was waiting to see one of the display cases, one shopper told me she wanted me to move off a bench so she could sit & look at the same display cases ! The owner saw & said nothing ! Nope ,not coming back !

Stopped in randomly while waiting to pick up my lunch next door after spending all day on home repairs (and I very much looked like it) tbh because my raggedy appearance not expecting anyone to help me at all and I was looking for a very specific ring so I thought I’d take a quick glance but Monica was exceptionally warm and friendly. Amazing energy tbh makes me want to come back and shop for maybe other things as well. Very cute store, easy parking, lots of very nice designs that are stylish and timeless.

What a pleasant experience! Needed my new watch sized and they were so patient with the needed back and forth adjustments to ensure it fit to my liking. The staff was so friendly and so thorough even for a simple watch sizing. I recommend anyone in the Long Beach area - great selection of diamonds and jewelry as well.

I have been going to J and L for many years. Watches have been repairs, batteries changed, and had them all cleaned up. All of the staff a the store are kind, friendly, and super helpful. They provide many options when repairing or replacing jewelry. I can't recommend this place enough.

I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they weren't quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I don't really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!
