The girls at Blue Lagoon are lovely, welcoming, and do a wonderful job of contributing to an amazingly restorative experience. They create a wonderfully serene and very inclusive atmosphere, where I feel very comfortable having a float in my bikini. Every time I go in for a treatment of any kind, I walk out feeling calm, happy and as pretty as can be 😊

The floatation tank is the most relaxed i have ever felt. The after effects are incredible too my joints feel less tight and i feel very zen. Crazy to think how much lighter i feel walking out of Blue Lagoon! The staff were so kind and informative I will 100% be back!

Visited for a double birthday celebration. My sister and I now have our birthday presents to each other sorted for life! From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we floated out, it was pure bliss. Environment so tranquil and calm and all of the staff were super friendly. They even suprised us with a birthday bubbles after our treatment - thank you, our time with you exceeded our expectations.

Blue Lagoon North Adelaide Review My daughter and I visited Blue Lagoon North Adelaide for a hair spa experience, and it was a delightful treat. The warm welcome and soothing tea in the waiting area set a lovely tone. The hair spa itself, complete with a neck massage, luxury shampoo, and conditioner, was a solid experience, well worth the $99 for 30 minutes. The blow-dry room was thoughtfully equipped with all necessary hair care products, and the second cup of invigorating tea was a nice touch. The staff's professionalism and the exit service were commendable, making us feel truly valued. To elevate the experience further, a few tweaks could make a big difference. The ambient room was beautiful, but loud water piping occasionally disrupted the calm. Swapping the small towel over the eyes for a nourishing eye treatment on cotton pads would enhance comfort and add a luxurious touch. Additionally, relocating the blow-dry room away from the staff room could minimise interruptions and create a more private, relaxing space. From a sales perspective, showcasing the divine shampoo and conditioner for purchase would be a fantastic upsell opportunity. Lastly, clearer signage on level 2 near the restaurant would make finding the salon much easier, especially for newcomers. Overall, Blue Lagoon offers a wonderful experience with a few opportunities to polish an already great service. We'll definitely be back!

Float therapy should be included at every resort spa. I don’t know how I will ever start treatments without it. The welcome was warm and I was brought a herbal tea whilst I filled the consultation form. +1⭐️ My journey of bliss started with a 45-minute float. It was incredibly relaxing. They provide ear plugs and a float disc for your neck. After 10 mins, I removed the float disc and just relaxed into the water. +3⭐️ My journey of bliss continued with the Nourish & Restore spa package. The music in the room was incredibly loud. I am glad I didn’t just “put up with it” - there are no volume controls in the room so my therapist had to stop the massage to go to reception to turn the volume down to a sensible level. -1⭐️ It is not easy to find a spa therapist who is good in both massage and facial. I had asked for a medium to firm massage, but it was more light to medium. She was professional but missing the “magic hands” of a really good massage therapist. -0.5⭐️ What my therapist lacked in the massage she more than made up in the facial. The facial was superb and it is clear she has magic hands for a facial. The face massage left me wanting more. I also loved the mask that was used. A proper mask as opposed to paper ones that a lot of places use these days. +2.5⭐️ After I got dressed, slowly, drunken from so much bliss, I got to sit for a while in the relaxation room. +1⭐️ They did not try to sell me any products. +1⭐️ Bliss level achieved: 8.5/10⭐️ Thank you. ☺️
