I know Bodhi from Perth where they have a formidable reputation. I am visiting Adelaide for a conference and just had one of the best massages ever. I can thoroughly recommend the team. Well done Bodhi on expanding to Adelaide.

This was my first time ever having a treatment, and Mary made it completely stress-free and deeply relaxing. Thank you so much, I really appreciate the care and attention. It was a beautiful experience.

Thank you, Mary. Today’s Bodhi Tension Release Massage was amazing and my muscles are feeling so much better. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: The Spa at EOS is now the Bodhi Spa. Due to the fact that Bodhi Spa is not part of the hotel (ie not owned and run by EOS), guests no longer have access to the amenities unless they purchase a $60 pool pass to use the pool, steam room and sauna (unless you are a guest of the hotel, you can use the amenities for free). The layout of the spa has not changed dramatically. The reception has been moved. The lovely original decor is the same and it still exudes a feeling of calm. My original rating was 5 star but sadly I have to change it for minor reasons. 5 stars for the quality of the treatments. I had Kirsty and I highly recommend her. I did a back massage and a facial. Her technique was fabulous and she is gifted with “magic hands”: 5 stars for the ambience. -0.5 stars for the loss of the pool amenities. -0.5 stars for the fact that at the end of the treatment, I could hear other guests talking. I feel the staff should be mindful when they speak to their clients. UPDATE: Since I first reviewed the EOS spa, I have returned twice. It is still by far the best spa that Adelaide has to offer in terms of a blissful and luxe experience. Make sure to arrive at least an hour before your treatment starts to have a relaxing steam or sauna and to sit in the jacuzzi. It really helps to prepare you to relax. My favourite self care treat. ================================= This is the most luxe spa to treat yourself to for a special occasion. I highly recommend booking a room so that you can use the spa facilities first to unwind and relax. This was not my first time at this spa but this is the first time I chose a “mega” package. The Enlightenment (? I think?) is 3 hours of complete and utter bliss. My therapist was Evie who is not only professional but has a wonderful calm and serene energy to her demeanour. I have tried luxury spas around the world for many years now and I rate her highly. She has magic hands and a rhythm that is natural. Do not choose this pampering, blissful treatment if you are looking to loosen knots or get a deep cleanse facial. This is for pure pampering and relaxation. So nice to just roll up to the hotel room in the gown and just nap.
