It’s amazing to see how much Blue Sparrow has grown. I have friends who live out of the area who ask to go grab one of their pizzas as soon as they land - as other reviews say for not being a pizza truck they sure do have one of the best pizzas in town. I’ve taken other people who are skeptical of their menu but love them one bite in - nice that there is variety and everything seems perfectly curated that if someone tries something new they are having a good experience doing so. The ingredients always seem fresh, I feel they have such a good handle on their inventory system, the food is good and the staff are kind.

I've never had a bad meal at Blue Sparrow. This winter they are serving ramen on Fridays, and it is one of the best ramen I have ever had. I recommend adding their house-made chili crunch for a pop of heat.

Amazing creative pizzas with great crust and flavor variations. Given they are situated next to Dancing Gnome, our favorite brewery, it makes for a perfect evening. Just wish they wouldn’t run out of food after 8:00! Happened to us twice. But we still love you.

Went to a brewery specifically because I wanted to try their food. I'm half Korean and grew up eating my mother's Korean food. I wouldn't say a Korean beef brisket bbq burrito is traditional but it sure is delicious. I really enjoyed it quite a lot (it may have helped that I had a few). It really didn't look anything like the pictures I've seen. But this is forgivable... but I won't be posting them on Instagram. Hah!

Had the peach and prosciutto pizza tonight. Absolutely fantastic! Luke’s food is great and it’s an incredibly creative menu. I’m lucky to live within walking distance of his storefront but if you see his truck out and about do yourself a favor and go there.
