Very rude , didn’t great me or acknowledge my presence whatsoever and when I left, I even said thank you and they looked at me like I was crazy. I feel so out of place.

The lady was very nice but the older man who was the supposed expert was very difficult to work with. I told him what I was looking to do and asked him if he had something that would do what I needed and he told me he was not an engineer and could not design my system. I would have to provide him with the specific manufacturer and part number in order for him to sell me anything. He was zero help, irritating and ultimately dealing with him wasa huge waste of time.
