I really appreciate the personalized customer service the staff provided. They made sure I was informed of the progress on my ps5 repairs, even sending me pictures with the updates. Prices were reasonable and service was very fast.

Nashnerds did a complete rebuild of my gaming rig: new mobo, RAM, CPU, converted my 4080 to liquid cooling, and a list of other incidentals that came up during the project. This was a large complex project and I was very apprehensive about trusting anyone with my baby. It took several weeks due to issues with parts but the guys kept in touch almost daily throughout the entire project. They helped me find better deals on the parts I needed and did an AMAZING job on the design and overall aesthetic. All of their recommendations were spot on. It turned out so much better than I expected. I've had zero issues since brought it home and put it through the paces. I also opted for the custom the keyboard option. TBH I had no idea what this was all about at first but man am I glad I did it. I freaking LOVE this custom keyboard more than I ever thought I would. Wired or wireless, with RGB, the button feel is so satisfying. And it was actually less expensive than the crappy Razr keyboards I have been buying every few years. Seriously get the custom keyboard, it's soooo worth it. I would definitely recommend Nashnerds for your complex, custom PC gaming rig upgrades and will definitely get them to do any other work I need in the future. They are knowledgeable helpful and were great about communicating with me every step of the way.

Brought in a Switch for a $30 diagnostic repair after experiencing some water damage. They did their best working around the new limitations, transferring the data from one console to another. Super diligent working and explaining the issue.

We’ve had them fix/upgrade two laptops and retrieve data from a broken phone. Great to work with, quality work, and reasonable prices. They tell you upfront the minimum fee for service and expected additional charges depending on the situation when they get into the nuts and bolts. Then they gave us a couple options and prices to help us figure out which way to go.
