Worst experience!!! I was told to 30.00 for a diagnosis test on my phone and they know in a couple of days. When I went back to find out what was wrong with my phone. The guy there told me, it would be a couple more weeks before they could look at it. I feel like I should have known this before I paided them and dropped it off. I had got a new battery for my phone and asked to see my phone and put in the new battery and it started working. To my excitement as I had just fixed my own phone myself!!! I asked for my 30.00 back since they didn't diagnosis my phone and that's what the 30.00 was for and the guy there said, No. I'm not happy about this and feel that it's wrong for this business to keep my 30.00 for something I paided for and they didn't do!!!

Used their expedited service option. They took my notebook in right away, accomplished the diagnostic in a couple of hours, then gave my computer back to me while we waiting for parts. When the parts arrived, my computer was in/out in just over an hour. The expedited service cost extra, but it was well worth it to minimize the time I had to spend without my computer.

The rail on my switch went out. They not only replaced the broken one, but the other one too (only charged me for the left). $30 diagnostic charge went towards the finished product and they let me know that the REAL problem was this little gnome 😂. Could I have done it myself? Maybe. But why not support these beautiful, hilarious, timely, extra-mile nerds. Now excuse me while me and my gnome play switch until our eyes fall out.

I brought my PC here after it wouldn’t turn on when I installed a new CPU, PSU, and cooler. I was honestly stressing, thinking I broke something expensive after a rough week. They checked it out and it turned out to be something simple — probably just a dirty connection/port. Got it working pretty quickly. What really surprised me is they didn’t charge me anything. They easily could have and I wouldn’t have questioned it, but they were just straight up honest about it and sent me on my way with a working PC. Super chill, honest people. If you need computer help, I’d definitely recommend them. They’ve got my business from now on.
