Great service. Elisabetta was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She guided us through a much-needed living room refresh, and we’re thrilled with the result. The products are excellent quality.

Our search for dining room furniture ended at BoConcept - the staff, especially Elisabetta, were very patient and helpful in deciding which style was best for our house. The furniture is stylish but also practical. Would recommend.

Very pleased with the service to date. Can update when the goods arrive as they are all bespoke made. As we are redesigning the entire living space we have visited the showroom on a number of occasions and Sara from the Clifton branch has been to our home and produced a very useful CGI to help us decide how it will all fit the space. All staff including the Exeter branch have been calm, kind and very helpful without being too pushy which gives one confidence in the quality and design of the products. Altogether a great experience and we look forward to the arrival of all the furniture in the New Year.

BoConcept have been fantastic throughout the entire process of ordering my sofa, from helping me pick out a custom configuration to showing me the fabrics in each light and answering all of the questions I had quickly, with expert knowledge and no pressure to order straight away. I spoke to Rula throughout who was kind and friendly and provided a brilliant experience - she was genuinely incredible at every stage and is one in a million!

We have been looking for a sofa online and we found what we wanted in BoConcept. We went to try them out in their Park Street Bristol shop. The staff were absolutely excellent. They didn’t push us and gave us the space to look around. When we were ready to engage they were very knowledgable, provided some excellent fabric advice laying each fabric over the sofas we were interested in and allowing us to view the sofas from all angles by dragging sofas into the middle of the shop. I thoroughly recommend BoConcept’s Bristol store.
