I’m really disappointed with my experience today. The technician rushed through the entire process, and the end result reflects that. My nails are all different lengths and the shaping is completely inconsistent.

I went for acrylic removal and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member was rude and not customer-friendly at all. She kept talking about prices and repeatedly asked how I would pay, which felt uncomfortable. The overall service was poor, with zero customer care. I would not recommend this place.

I usually come here for my nails because it’s convenient, and today I had a really great experience. The girl wearing glasses did my nails and I could tell her cuticle work was very professional, and most importantly, there was no bleeding like at other places. If possible, I’d love to know her name so I can book her again next time. Absolutely satisfied🥰

Worst manicure ever! The technician lacked basic skill and care. They cut me multiple times, causing bleeding on every finger. The BIAB application was also a disaster: the coverage was so uneven that my natural nail was still visible, and the layer felt bulky and heavy. The French line was drawn on crooked and messy. I left with damaged nails and a painful experience. I will not be returning.
