I felt mental and physical benefits immediately. Bama Kim genuinely cares about every person in the studio and her warmth enhances every class.

I had a wonderful experience with the Tai-chi/KiGong class. The space is very welcoming, and the class was well-paced. I felt a difference in my energy I built and cultivated throughout the class, more than in other tai-chi classes I have taken. They also have workshops and books to help you align and balance your energy centers (chakras and chi) & emphasize the importance and power of your brain for focus, setting goals, and keeping the mind involved in healing the body (brain-body connection).
