Healing Spaces truly lives up to its name. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care, intention, and authenticity that fills the space. The owner is incredibly down to earth, genuine, and deeply rooted in her mission to support real healing. There’s no ego, no pretense—just a sincere desire to help people feel better, more supported, and more at ease in their bodies and lives. The entire staff reflects that same energy. Everyone is kind, compassionate, and clearly passionate about what they do. You’re not treated like a number here—you’re met as a human being, exactly where you are. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professional and heart-centered, grounded and soulful. Healing Spaces is truly a gift to the community, and I’m so grateful for the work they do. Highly recommend. 💛 Lana

I was thrilled to discover this studio as a place to practice yoga. It is well-maintained and reasonably priced. However, the primary reason for my departure was the design of the studio. The doors of the yoga studio feature barn doors that face the lobby. Consequently, whenever clients enter the studio and engage in conversation with the receptionist, the entire conversation is audible. Despite this, no measures were taken to mitigate this issue. There were no “practice in session” or “quiet please” signs posted, nor was the front desk relocated to a more suitable location. While this may not have been a concern for other patrons, it was sufficient for me to discontinue my membership at this establishment.

A group of us went to the Great Dane puppy yoga - first, the instructor wasn’t even a Yoga instructor and had no idea how to run a yoga class. As it stated, it was puppies - all of the Great Danes were adults and held on leashes. There were 2 Great Danes that were aggressive with every dog there, a fight almost happened twice between dogs. This was not the experience I expected. This was not a positive place that kept clients safety first not the dogs.

I had a wonderful time at the Slow Flow class! Heather was amazing--so sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy going. She made my first yoga experience so fun and positive! I really loved how welcoming everyone was and the studio space was cozy and beautiful.

This was an amazing first experience and I recommend everyone give Healing Space Yoga a chance! I came with my sister to try the aerial yoga class. Going into it I was a bit intimidated and scared that the fabrics couldn’t hold me. However, not only was Evalina the instructor patient, kind and knowledgeable; other veterans of the class were helpful. Everyone was so encouraging and inviting! I look forward to taking classes as often as I can here.
