Love this studio! Lots of different classes offered at very convenient times, comfortable and inviting space. Evelyn is super sweet and a joy to talk to. Jordan is a fantastic instructor and her classes are challenging and you won't get burnt out doing the same workout each week. Excellent job ladies!

I started coming here couple of months ago and I am glad I chose Body in Balance yoga. I have been to barre, mat pilates, happy hips and shoulders and yin yang yoga classes here. I enjoy all the classes. The instructors are amazing!! Since the classes have limited students, they pay attention to everyone and make sure that the workouts are helping them. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

A great place to try yoga for the first time; smaller classes. Wonderful yogi instructors with many types of yoga classes to choose from. Grant and Evelyn are the main instructors I've practiced with. After class you will feel clarity and centered. High recommend giving it a go. First class is free!

I attended the grand opening of Body in Balance Yoga this past weekend. I tried out the Pilates reformer machines at the studio opening and I'm looking forward to taking a Pilates reformer class and Barre too, they a have great variety of Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes to choose from. Lots of parking and great classroom space. Every instructor I met is wonderful and encouraging. You leave feeling energized and confidant in your abilities. I know the owner of the studio, she is an authentic and loving women who put time and attention into everyone who participates in the studios classes. I HIGHLY recommend this studio and love the variety of classes tat are offered!
