I have been going here for years and love it so much. Evan and Michael are my favorites so far. I typically attend the Sumits Yoga 60 min class the same evenings each week but need to try other classes. As a former Bikram student for years, I love this evolved version that incorporates half of those poses plus some vinyasa. Going once a week is part of my self care, which is crucial as a single mom. And I love the heat. It’s my sauna + exercise time, all in one.

My first hot yoga class and wow! They were so nice, accommodating of all skill levels, i felt comfortable going my own pace and taking extra breaks. It was very hot, i got very sweaty but I did waaaaay better than I expected. Don't doubt and just try it!

Dear Jen, please add more foundational flow classes. Love, me. Original posted review: I’ve tried 2 classes so far: Sumits yoga and yin yoga with sound and both classes were awesome! The heated practice was killer, literally, stay hydrated before during and after the practice. While yin yoga was not heated and restorative! Highly recommend. 🫶🏻
