Paul Taulton and his wife are the most helpful and kind people to do business with in this retail space. I'm new to gym equipment. And did research on the powertec workbench multi system. Paul is very knowledgeable and very professional. I own my own design company so I know good business practices when I see them. Very upfront and even helped me deliver the boxes since my car was too small. Highly recommend Paul and his wife for any fitness equipment investment needs. Thanks guys

Scam, scam, scam. I purchased an elliptical type machine and they sent the wrong tracking number from an item that shipped 3 years ago. They never gave me a new tracking number and they kept telling me that the item was on its way. When I requested a refund they never responded. I called several times and never got a response. I had to go as far as disputing the charge with my credit card company because they never responded to any of my calls. I had to download a phone app and get a spoof number in order to get them to answer the phone because they recognized my phone number and wouldn't pick up when they seen me calling. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Scam. Scam. Scam.

Called them up when all the gyms closed and people started scrambling for equipment. The guy (Paul I think) told me they would have a barbell set in stock in a few days and that he would call me back. At so many places they would just lose my number and sell it to the first person in but he got back to me the moment he received it and held it until I got there. Really appreciate it and I’ll be back

I am from Columbus Ohio and Paul was absolutely fantastic in orchestrating my order and delivery. His communication is excellent. When he says he will call he calls. Mine was a small order but none the less treated with the utmost importance. This is a great company and if your reading this do not hesitate buying from BodyDesign. Their prices are great and service phenomenal. Thank you Paul and BodyDesign.

My purchase occurred at the Northwest freeway location but I know they are associated and operate under the same business practice. I purchased a treadmill from this company, unfortunately I get shin splints and use it very limited, but had such great experience, I immediately reached out to Marsha inquiring about a rower. She gave me a couple of models to review. I had planned to keep my treadmill to use for my runs on cold/wet rainy days and purchase a rower. I just for curiosity asked if they would take a trade in, they said yes that they could give me $300-$400 for it and priced a rower $1499. I happen to google and reach out to 2 additional fitness equipment dealers in Houston, they prices a rower (one I'm familiar with) at $1299 and didn't hesitate to offer me $700-$900 for my treadmill because they could easily pick it up, unload it and put it on the floor, it is in brand new condition --I've only had to use it 15 times max. So before you purchase from BDfitness PLEASE check around, because they don't value repeat customer business at all. They are only out for the almighty $$$, which is sad because I will pay more for good customer service, I didn't receive that the second round trying to do business.
