This is hands down my favorite gym! I absolutely love the barre classes—they’re challenging, fun, and really effective. I started 3 months ago and have already noticed a difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. The instructors are fantastic: knowledgeable, supportive, and always bring great energy. I also really appreciate the variety of both barre and Pilates classes, which keeps me engaged. Been coming to BL for Barre and Spin classes for about 10 months now and I am in the BEST shape I have ever been- strong and toned. In the past I had taken group classes at 2 major gyms in town however, I did not realize I was not getting a full body workout with their Spin classes, and their Barre classes were minimal. The classes at BL are unique and taught by exceptional instructors along with a new format every couple of months. These instructors are pros and work hard to keep you strong! They are very welcoming and friendly too(-:

Bodylanguage Albuquerque is an amazing place to workout!! I love the instructors and the other clients. Everyone is so positive and fun. There are so many classes to choose from each day, every day of the week. You won’t get bored. The classes are a nice size and not so big you get lost. Technique and form are always coached in order to keep you safe and fit. I love BL!!
