Excellent service! The staff truly care about the well-being of the children. They are organized and always send appointment reminders. This clinic provides outstanding support and plays an important role in helping the community.

Today, after a situation in which a staff member from the first floor ran up to the second floor and approached me, yelling and trying to intimidate me, I left, took my children home, and returned to the clinic with the police. Be careful with this place. Doctor woo-pierce is a good pediatrician but the rest of the staff they all need to get fired, they are disrespectful and unprofessional.

I went in to get a vaccine, and since I hadn’t gotten one in a while, I was a little nervous. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the nurse who gave me my shot was wonderful. The experience surprisingly fun and simple. Overall, it was such a smooth, comforting visit, and I left feeling really cared for.

Dr Nelson is the best! Took the time to listen and address all of my concerns about my daughter. She spent almost an hour with us. She’s so gentle and kind. Exceptional bedside manner. The office is well maintained and staff is really great!

From the very first visit, they made my family feel supported, listened to, and truly cared for. They are not only highly knowledgeable and thorough in their assessments but also have a calming and compassionate approach that puts both parents and children at ease. Dr Gill is going above and beyond helping with my wife postpartum depression. Dr Frances was amazing helping my son too. In brief we can't Say enough about their staff than they are a family.
