We’ve been going to this vet for 10 years. Ten. After today’s checkup, we will finally stop. We even moved an hour away and still kept coming in. We had such wonderful experiences up until their vet turnover, expansion, and price issues started. We loved Dr. Henry and stayed with her, but after she left, we transitioned from vet to vet. The price continues to become exorbitant with each passing year—their pricing is at least 50% above market rates for any nearby competing vet. We were willing to pay that price, assuming we would receive the same care and attentiveness we had received over the last 10 years, but the quality of the visits has decreased, and the quality of the staff is also poor. Their technicians are unaware and a bit clumsy during visits. This new push to constantly medicate my animals every time we bring them in is also absolutely ridiculous. While I understand the no-fear policy, a positive experience is significant to me, but this screams laziness on the staff’s part. The combination of these issues breaks my heart. A decade of loyalty to this place is shattered when animal care becomes a money-making scheme.

Luna (Sim) always has a great experience here! They are timely with our visits, and the offices and reception area are clean. Dr. Jeff and all staff were informative, attentive, and they try their best to make sure she is feeling comfortable, and have a good positive experience at the vet. As you can see in the pic, she is delighted to visit all the time. Thank you :)

BVC is so great! They always take really good care of our dog plus give him lots of treats and cheese to distract him from shots. We love Dr Joey!

The staff were so accommodating and nice to us. We were seen promptly and had an extremely positive first vet experience! Can't wait to go back. Dr Katson was very informative, our vet tech gave Hank lots of love and the front desk were so kind to us The warm reception from the staff

Dr. Joey and her staff are always so kind to me and most importantly to my cats. They make each appointment very quick and easy. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a new vet! Dr. Joey and each one of her vet assistants are just wonderful. Grace and Diana have been so great and everyone at the front desk always welcomes you in with a smile. This team treats my pets like they are their own, and I’ll always be grateful for that!
