I cannot recommend Bostonian enough. Everyone there is a master of their craft and extremely friendly and helpful. Alexandria couldn't have done a better job in designing a custom engagement ring and then wedding band for my fiancée. I had come in with a preliminary 3D model and Alexandria was able to turn it into exactly what I wanted. The design was based on a vintage piece and the final result was beautiful. It was the perfect blend of design elements from the original with the updates to make the ring modern and comfortable. They kept me in the loop during the entire process of having both made and made sure it was exactly what we wanted.

Very disappointing experience. The staff had a terrible attitude, unwelcoming, dismissive, and disrespectful. I felt more like a bother than a customer. Also, be cautious of the reviews here. My experience didn’t match the high ratings at all, which makes me question how genuine they are. Would not recommend.

Perfectly re-sized my fiancés engagement ring. They did it quickly while we waited in the store. It’s a perfect fit and looks great.

I lost a diamond in my wedding band, and luckily found it and the jewelers were able to put it back and refurbish my ring back to looking brand new!

My husband and I were in search of 25th wedding anniversary bands (and a more modern look for my engagement ring). We visited the one jeweler and then visited Bostonian Jewelers and it was immediately apparent that we were going to mesh and work well with Hagop and Ali. They spent a ton of time with us on our initial visit. We went into the visit with one idea, but then through discussion and design ideas we ended up with something even better because of their participation in the design discussion. We put a deposit down and had the initial design done in that first meeting. There were a few iterations on my band and the engagement ring re-design, that were great. Hagop really nailed the final design of my band. Throughout the whole process they were kind, transparent, collaborative and really know what they are doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their work product is quality, they listen to you and I’m so very happy with the end result! Thank you, Hagop and Ali!!!

I took in a ring to have sized. They recommended extensive repairs - clean up, cleaning the top, taking out the stone... I went ahead with it and really wished I didn't. Not only did they charge a lot -1500 range - one of the prongs was missing after wearing the ring for just a few times. When I took the ring back in - Hagop told me it would be very expensive to do the repairs and wouldn't give me any price break. even though the prongs had been in great condition for the 20 years prior to taking it in. When I explained I had hardly worn it. .. he told me "he didn't like my attitude." Luckily I went elsewhere - I ended up going to Anderson's Jewelers in Wellesley - not only were they courteous, but they replaced the prong for $125.00.
