Will preface this by saying I never write reviews and am writing a review. Went in to tighten the prongs on my engagement ring bc it got loose and they did it for free as a holiday gift and also took the time to offer insight on how to prevent it from getting loose in the future by replacing the the setting with a better design. While I didn’t take their offer to get that design, if my diamond gets loose too frequently in the future I will definitely come back to them. Really good quality and service for the price. They really prioritize the customers and their jewelry. Go here for all of your jewelry needs!

I went to go find an engagement ring. Melanie was a great help! She was very welcoming and explained every detail of the difference in ring. Melanie was very sweet and catering to our needs. The ring came out gorgeous and the timing was perfect!

I can’t even begin to articulate how wonderful my experience was at Homsy, and I will be a customer for life. My engagement ring was purchased from Brilliant Earth, and I’ve had all types of quality issues with it in just 3 years (loose center stone, bent prongs, etc.) I recently noticed that my prongs were bent (again), and instead of bringing it back to Brilliant Earth to be sent away for multiple weeks for another expensive repair, I decided to bring it to Homsy instead. The Homsy employees were the kindest people and repaired my engagement ring perfectly on the spot for free. I was absolutely floored by their generosity and awesome craftsmanship. I truly wish I purchased my engagement ring from them originally. This experience was a strong reminder to shop locally to support the incredible family-run businesses in Boston. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
