My husband took me to Heart and Soul to shop for my birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. I picked out some beautiful jewelry and a handwoven purse. When I got home and started using the bag, I noticed that one of the hooks wasn’t as sturdy as it should be. I reached out to the store, and they were incredibly accommodating. They offered to either fix the purse or send me a similar one—no hassle at all! The woman who helped us in the store was so kind and helpful, and that same warm service continued even after our visit. I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to make things right. I’ll definitely be back!

I have had good luck finding clothes and gifts in this store. I recently found a dress for a wedding. The owner is extremely helpful

While visiting from Arizona, I stopped in this shop as I walked past and saw the cutest shelf of unique sneakers. Upon meeting the presumed owner, she told me all about a pair I loved which were one of a kind Italian leather platforms. I loved that no one else would have the same shoe and they were beyond comfortable as well as fairly priced. I also purchased an Italian ring, again extremely fair priced. She also had cute clothes but I didn’t dare even look through as I would have purchased the whole store. I am only in town for 1 more day but might dare to go back for round 2 haha! Stop in!

I went to Heart and Sole to get a dress for a wedding. The owner was super helpful! I was in and out in 10 mins. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up going back and buying jewelry and a bag to complete my fit. She has a great variety of everything. I received many compliments! Very pleasant experience and will be recommending this establishment to my friends.

I was searching web looking for clothes for my teenage grand daughter, i fell across heart and sole in Boston's north end. the site was easy to read and especially easy to order from. I purchased the cutest outfits for my special girl and they were delivered the next day. i would recommend this site to everyone. It was a pleasure doing business with this store and after the virus lockdown is over I will definitely go there to purchase more beautiful clothes. thank you heart and sole Boston see you soon....
