My massage treatment with Bridget was absolutely divine; I think I must have dozed as it seemed over way to quickly but have felt beautifully relaxed. Amazing as was dealing with a stressful situation just before my appointment. I also want to say how lovely Sue and the other staff were in assisting me.

The most beautiful and deeply healing beauty treatment I’ve ever had! From the second I stepped inside I felt so welcomed and taken care of. India did my massage/dry brush/facial and I have never felt so looked after. Magic hands that listened to what I asked for, and responded so intuitively to how my body was reacting to what she was doing. I truly can’t recommend both India and Botanica enough. I was gifted my treatment but will absolutely be returning and saving my pennies to get back here because I am walking on a cloud after that. Burst into tears when I left. 10/10

Was a very nice massage. My therapist was amazing and actually had a technique to get knots out. I would recommend. I do feel like the actual spa area could be updated considering the intercontinental is extremely nice and it feels like it lacks a homely feel. The rooms were very nice but the waiting area and the reception seemed a bit average
