I would definitely recommend Bots Boxing. The trainers are really friendly and are doing a great job. It is very beginner friendly and the gym is really nice and great for training

I go to the Collierville location and Jade is an intense and motivational coach, he’s the best. He makes us all feel like pro fighters instead of beginners. I leave class everyday ready for the next class!

This is the place to go if you want to learn how to box. From fitness boxing to competition boxing is all here. Wanna get a great workout? Fitness boxing is a great HIIT workout. And the coaches will teach you proper form and technique to boot. Want to learn how to actually box and get in the ring and spar? You can do that here too. The coaches are great. If you have any questions they'll take the time out to teach you what you need to know. Can't recommended this place enough.
