They didn’t have the watch in stock initially, but Sheila took care of the entire process from start to finish. She kept me updated on the order progress, made sure everything was smooth, and even helped me register the international warranty for the watch. Beyond amazing! I live out of town and coming into Edmonton, especially down town is a daunting task... One I gladly make to come to this place. Knowing I will be treated like family. Everyone at Boulevard Diamond has made every experience, from picking the engagement ring to wedding band and now the anniversary band, a pleasant one. I ordered a necklace pendant and a ring online. They are good quality and same as advertised photos on website. Fair price compared to big jewelry brands with many mall stores. Standard shipping speed is around 2 weeks to Toronto; secured package. Rina offered a free ring sizing when my ordered size is out of stock.
