I am really happy with the quality of the repairs from Shawn and his team. If you work or live downtown, even if you don’t, this is where I recommend. My ring was missing three stones and it’s from a completely different store, and he had it fixed in a week! Prices were reasonable and honest, and the work is excellent quality. I also like the consistency in service. They go out of their way ; going forward I won’t go anywhere else.

These guys brought my two chains back to life where I completely thought I messed them up!! I was sweating bullets!! These guys said " don't worry we got you" I come back, my chains are shining like diamonds!!.. They also reaffirmed "unofficially" my initial quote that I got as to the value of my chains so all in all I had a pretty good day!!

Let me start this review by saying, "THANK YOU SO MUCH, SHAILEN" (owner of the shop) for going above and beyond! You did not sell me your product/s instead, you sold one of the best customer service I ever got! It my sound cliche but it's an honest experience I had earlier when I visited your shop. So, why am I so hyper with my review? Let me share to you all what transpired today. A couple of weeks back, I availed watch battery replacement from them. Yesterday, the watch stopped working. My instinct was, it's the battery. So, I went back earlier today to claim for the warranty but after checking the battery, it's actually good (no issue). 'Twas a problem with the watch. I asked Shailen if we can put the battery on my other watch (that I brought too) and he gladly said yes. Unfotunately, the battery for the other watch is of different size hence, I told him don't bother. But he said to me, it's OK. He'll put a new battery free of charge. Wow! that's a great deal, right? It didn't stop there. He also helped me removed a few links from the watch to fit my wrist (I lost weight). Again, free of charge from the generosity of his heart! This is when I realized, this guy's priority is less customer effort, better customer experience and overall customer satisfaction! To anyone reading this, if you need a watch or battery replacement for your watch or any jewelry, please come and visit his shop. They can help you for sure. And, you'll be delighted with their service! Thanks again, Shailen! Cheers!!!
