My now-fiance and I worked with Chelsea to custom design my engagement ring this past summer. We walked in with little-to-no knowledge about diamonds or rings but Chelsea was extremely patient in explaining everything to us while providing her own insight and expertise as well. We both appreciated how personable she was; you can tell how passionate she is about what she does and truly wants to create the best ring for you without pressuring you. I finally got to see the final product this past weekend and it was so much more beautiful than I had imagined! A huge thank you to Chelsea and the team at Vandenbergs for creating my dream ring, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewellery!

From the moment we walked into Vandenberg, Chelsea and Ralph made the entire experience unforgettable. I came in with inherited gold and the idea of creating something special, and they turned it into something far more meaningful than I ever imagined. They took the time to sit down with us, walked us through every step, offered us water, and made us feel completely cared for the entire time. They also created our wedding rings, which were absolutely breathtaking and just as meaningful to us. Knowing they were behind both our rings and this new piece made the experience feel even more personal and full circle. Being 8 months pregnant, this experience meant even more to me. I wanted to find a way to thank my husband for everything he’s done for our family, and they helped create the most stunning gold chain for him. What could have felt overwhelming instead felt calm, exciting, and so special. Having this finished before Christmas made it even more magical. It wasn’t just a transaction, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful to Chelsea and Ralph for their patience, kindness, and incredible craftsmanship. Thank you so much for making something so meaningful for our family.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Vandenberg Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lori and Chelsea, who helped me with my designs, were just fantastic. They created some absolutely beautiful pieces for me and my wife, and I couldn’t be happier. They also did a fantastic job fixing my ring and adding natural diamonds to it. The whole process was honest, straightforward, and just a joy. It’s truly an amazing family business, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a jeweler they can trust. If you want the best advice and a place where you feel at ease, this is absolutely the place to go.
