I was at the establishment on teusday, best experience of my life tops my h child’s birth. Our hosts Zara in the high ropes and Fleur were the singular politest two people I have ever met. They deserve raise and promotion immediately, thank you for the wonderful time. Will defo come back.

Really well organised and well run venue. The staff were brilliant and the whole place was clean and neat. Easy to find your way round and seemed very safe.

We have had some fun there until we wanted to do the rope course towards the end. We arrived 10min before the due time (and trust me they diligently check color bracelets every 30min). They lady told us to sit before she equips us. We waited a good 5min until she finally realised she forgot us. She equiped us and said its too late for the rope course. We can only do the walls in the 5min left on our color bracelet. I explained the situation that we had been waiting for 5min and she claimed that we didn't told her that we were here for the rope course. Ofc we didnt because she didnt asked ! By the time we try make her understand the situation, it was obviously too late to enjoy any of the facilities. This is how we wasted 10min of our session because of misorganisation The lady claimed she was understanding and applied safety rules. But she wouldnt let us go it despite 5min left on our bracelet and suggested to buy another bracelet. This is not being understanding. This is not safety. This is a manager pushing for revenue. Very poor customer experience!!

The venue is so clean and new, the staff were lovely and helpful. Remy was super kind and explained everything when we went on the high ropes course. Great experience
