Thank you Which Agent for returning my call and canceling the fee sent to my kind agent. I encourage your team to look at ways to educate your staff on DV. This company was used by my ex husband to commit post separation abuse. The agent who I called to help me was very supportive of my DV situation. He immediately notified Which Agent that my ex had attempted to intimidate and abuse me emotionally by using my details without my knowledge or consent. When it came time to sell the property almost 6 months later I chose the agent who had helped me. Which Agent had nothing to do with my choice and I did not engage them. Now my kind and professional agent has been hit with a huge fee. I’m trying to return the favour and speak to someone at Which Agent but they will not return my calls.

I contacted Which Real Estate Agent after our disaster agent experience. Unfortunately, we not compered agents before we put our property to for sale. Vicki Fradelakis called me and asked why we are searching for an agent. She was very professional, understand my issue with the privies agent. Vicki sends me an email very shortly with couple of agents in my area. All agent called me the same day and we have next day appointments with the agents. I wish I know this company earlier and used the amazing service they provided than I not vested four months with a unprofessional agent. Thank you for the service and the help!

I was dreading it but I completed the short form and was called within a few minutes by Vicki who was so lovely and down to earth. She explained the process and had 3 great agents calling me within a couple of hours. She then followed up with a real estate report giving me an idea of my property value.
