Clearly nobody cares. The lanes are in awful condition — the ball hops and rattles instead of rolling smoothly. This affects multiple lanes, not just one. Their responses about “regular maintenance” don’t match reality at all. I guess it’s good enough for birthday parties. What a joke.

"Bowlero is the perfect mix of fun and atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The lanes were spotless, the scoring system was easy to use, and the vibe was upbeat with great music. We loved the arcade games and the food exceeded expectations—especially the wings and loaded fries. Everything felt well‑organized, and the team made sure we had a great time. Whether you’re here for a casual night out, a birthday party, or just to bowl a few frames, Bowlero delivers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, family‑friendly yet modern bowling experience!

Date Night was fun! It was good vibes and good good bowling! This was our first visit here. The only reason I rated 4/5 is there is no place to move extra bowling balls.

Bowlero Eden Prairie is a fun and entertaining spot for both kids and adults, with bowling, an arcade, and even laser tag. It’s a great place for parties, with friendly service and cool staff that make the experience even better. We had the mixed platter and it was just right for 4 people.

Went here with my family on a Friday night. Overall it was a great experience. There are plenty of lanes at this alley and didn't seem crowded even with a few birthday parties taking place. The system that ran the lane was old and a few times randomly skipped a bowler and have them a strike or spare. It also didn't show everyone's names even though they were properly typed in. The food and drinks tasted great. I liked that you could order straight from the tablet on the lane. It was a little pricey. We will definitely go again as a family.
