I’ve been bowling for a while now and I’ve been to multiple Bowlero locations, but Bowlero Glendale is on a different level when it comes to culture and community. Ever since Erika became the manager, this place has felt less like just a bowling alley and more like a community. I always feel seen and genuinely welcomed every time I walk in. I’m also not alone in these feelings. Many regulars have confirmed they feel the same way I do. Even when it’s busy, Erika takes the time to be present with people and actually talk to them, and that energy clearly carries over to the entire staff. She always seems so busy making sure every person she interacts with feels welcomed. I’ve been to other bowling centers where you can feel staff tension or drama, and over time it really takes away from the experience. Glendale is the total opposite. The staff here feels unified and friendly. It honestly doesn’t feel like they’re just working, I can only imagine they INTENTIONALLY put in effort to create this culture. It feels like they care that you’re having a good time, every single day I go. Because of that, this has become my go to fun spot. If I’m deciding between bowling, Topgolf, mini golf, or Main Event, I’m choosing Bowlero Glendale. If it’s my birthday, a night out with friends, or a place I’d recommend for families or kids’ parties, this is the place. I never worry about being treated poorly or awkwardly. I know for a fact we’ll be treated well and have a great time, and that peace of mind matters more than people realize. On a personal level, during a time in my life when I really needed community, this place meant more to me than Erica probably knows. Bowling is already something I enjoy, but feeling recognized, treated fairly, and welcomed every single time added something extra that I didn’t expect. I won’t go into details, but I can honestly say it’s been incredibly meaningful. We need more people like Erika and this staff in the world, especially in leadership and management. The culture here shows in the people who keep coming back. I wish every business was more like this. I’m truly grateful for this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER ANY OTHER BOWLERO OUT THERE. Also because of my great experience I’m going to make sure and spread the word about this awesome place through social media, my social circles and friends and family. This place deserves all the praise in the world.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough good things about this place. They truly went above and beyond to help us pull off a last-minute 17th birthday party for my daughter, and it meant the world to our family. From the moment we reached out, the staff was kind, flexible, and genuinely eager to help make the night special. Despite the short notice, everything was handled smoothly — lanes, food, setup, and the overall vibe were perfect. My daughter felt celebrated, relaxed, and happy, which is exactly what a birthday should be. It’s rare to find a place where the team clearly cares, not just about logistics, but about people. We are so grateful for the effort, patience, and positive energy they brought to the night. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun spot with an incredible staff who truly shows up when it counts. 🎳💙 Thank you so very much!

A bit pricey IMO but the vibe was worth it. Love that they show your MPH when bowling! Easy to get a lane and shoes, food service seemed quick (we didn't order anything but the people next to us did, order taken at your bowl station and delivered too!) Decent arcade, limited prizes so shoot big!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday at Bowlero. The staff was remarkable. They catered to us the entire time which made everything stress-free. Everything went so smoothly for the party was a huge success. If there was one thing I could have done different it would have been to reserve the lanes for 3 hours instead of 2. The kids had so much fun. Truly a great experience. Thank you Bowlero. Shout out to Erica for making this event happen and to Santa for taking great care of us!
