Amazing experience! Our whole family had a really good time. Went in to celebrate on a Friday night (Glow Night), and had a blast. Very well worth it. Great staff, great food, great time. Definitely recommend, and will be coming back.
My kids were very excited to go here for the big slide shown on their site but it was closed the day we went, so a little disappointment to start. It's a big open facility, pretty clean feeling until the ladies bathroom. It had 2 of the 3 available toilets over filled/plugged. I let the front know but in our time there I saw no one go in and address the issue, little gross to me. There are lots of trampolines, a couple blowup slides, a rockwall, a couple basketball bounce courts and a super fun looking obstacle area that is far too tall for kids to enjoy, another slight disappointment. My kids (6,7 & 11) love ninja stuff and couldn't do this attraction without being lifted up to every part of it, which is a little exhausting fir parents especially having 3 kids there at once.
AMAZING place! My oldest goes with Victory Autism Academy as one of their outings so we wanted to check it out for ourselves. Immediately when you walk in you can hear the music, but when the staff noticed my kiddos covering their ears they immediately asked if we would like them to lower the volume. That right there won us over...staff taking the time to ensure that guests are comfortable. The place was clean, staff was very friendly, equipment was well maintained. We can't wait to go back again and super excited to get the summer pass next year so we have something fun to do over break. Highly recommend and love that they are Autism friendly!
My kiddo loved this place! We spent over 3 hours here and she would have stayed longer if she could have. There are plenty of activities to stay entertained. Even teenagers are there enjoying themselves! I’d say that’s definitely a win. I would say that there isn’t enough seating, but there is. It’s just an issue if you want to watch your kiddo from a seat. But you can walk around to do that. There is a ton of seating at the cafe. It was cool to see that the pickle ball place next door can be accessed through the cafe too! And for parents… they serve adult beverages as well, but it can’t leave the cafe seating area. Long story short: it’s a blast for kids of all ages, it’s clean, staff was friendly and even adults can enjoy themselves. As with all of the indoor places, buying tickets and signing waivers ahead of time saves time!
Place is on the smaller side but since my kids are 8,7,6 & 2, it was perfect. My teenager siblings got “bored” after an hour or so, but my kids were entertained the whole 3 hours we were there. I would recommend. Only thing I didn’t quite like was that there wasn’t a lot of staff supervising therefore there were cups/trash that someone had left behind and I have a 2 year old that picks everything off the floor so that was annoying.
