Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Glendale

I am a HUGE chiikawa fan and round 1 is the only place with official merchandise that is semi easily accessible! Sure the claws on them are a bit loose.. but kind employees such a Kate today helped me with the machine. Being kind when I requested resets on it and was overall extremely helpful. Much of the other late night staff is super kind, and I’ve met I believe a manager or two and every single time their personalities are great.. even when I’m annoying about needing a reset or taking forever on a machine. Thank you again Kate for helping add to my chiikawa collection!!

My family and I always have so much fun here! The staff is always friendly and engaging, the games are fun, and we're always excited to try and take home a prize for our daughter. Tristan was walking by and gave us some pointers on winning the prize in one of the claw games, thanks to him we were able to get the prize we wanted for our daughter! Thanks Tristan and the Round 1 team! Definitely coming back for more fun!

I was truly impressed with the sheer variety of games of chance, claw games, ticket games, and arcade games to play. Then I saw they had an entire upstairs and I was blown away! Of course it's a bit pricey, and a lot of the chance games are risky at best. But just being inside the place was exciting. I added a bunch of photos of things that I haven't seen anywhere else in the valley. If you are in the area you should really check it out. But be ready to drop some serious dough if you want to play for long. The upstairs section has some fair pricing and a free arcade to go along with the park activities. I think it would be a blast for parties. I hope they are able to stay in business, because hands down the variety of games, and claw machines is amazing. I hit every big arcade in Vegas, and truly this tops them. Tops Excalibur, New York New York and Luxor arcades..... That is seriously saying something!

We decided to take our son to Round 1 for his birthday, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The place was sweltering hot, and to make matters worse, we were being micromanaged by one of the staff members on the upper level. We were all parched from the heat, so we asked to buy bottled water. Unfortunately, they were completely out of bottled water in both food areas. The manager or whoever he was micromanaging us never offered us water from the soda fountain, which would have been a great option. As we were leaving, I noticed that the thermostat was set at an unbearable 81 degrees, even though it was 110 degrees outside. We couldn’t take it anymore and had to take our toddler out into the mall. Now I understand why this place is always empty. This is the best picture I have of him.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was amazing! I love all the games they had and had so much fun doing karaoke! I have no idea what everyone is on about the prices and the claw machine? I personally thought the prices perfectly matched what they had to offer. As for the claw machines, it was our first time experiencing those kinds of machines. We had no idea what we were doing, but the employee saw us struggling and was kind enough to give us pointers and even reset the plushie to help us win! As the night went by, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no one under 21 allowed after 10 pm. This made my experience even better because I finally got to experience the games I've always wanted to play but never got a chance because they were always taken (at other arcades this has always been the case) Overall, I'm so ecstatic that i came here for my birthday. It was the best birthday I have ever had! ❤️
