High prices, not a fun atmosphere... Everything seems grey, the lights are bright but "cold feeling" if that makes sense. Not what I would call a "fun family atmosphere"
This is my first visit and I really don't know if this is a regular thing, but the service here is top notch 100% the best in this industry! Have an open tab they will actually come to your lane and ask you if you're good. Who does that now days! The food is good so much to choose from, yeah it's what you would expect from a bowling alley. The price is average but well worth it. Definitely will see me here again. Hopefully we can recreate my experience.
Shoutout to Michael, Cam, Abby, Brooklyn, and Blake from the Pro Shop—you’re all awesome. The food is also consistently delicious, which makes the whole experience even better. A few suggestions that could take things up a notch: • Service Access: Adding a call button at the lanes would be helpful for ordering food, drinks, or refills mid-game without needing to flag someone down. • Lane Identification: A visible lane-number system on the monitors (similar to Northrock or The Alley) would make it easier to keep track of lanes. •Environment Zones: Consider designating sections of the alley for different groups. For example: • Left side: family-friendly atmosphere with projections, dimmed lights, and casual play. • Right side: bright lights without projections for league bowlers or those practicing who rely on lane arrows. I know this setup is sometimes done already, but it would be great if it were the standard unless all lanes are reserved for leagues or parties. This separation would reduce conflicts between casual and serious bowlers and improve safety. • Lane Equipment: Small front-row tables for rags or accessories would be a simple but practical addition. Overall, Northridge is a fun spot with great staff and tasty food. These small upgrades could elevate the experience for both casual and competitive bowlers.
It's a nice place but they have priced the bowling so high its not worth going anymore. To bed the local owner sold out.
Under new ownership and several changes were taking place we noticed. Def can't wait to go back once things are a little less hectic. I think the food area will be great.
