We had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was incredible - everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The staff behind the counter were super helpful when taking food orders and made the whole process easy, even during busy moments. The facility itself was impressively clean, including the restrooms, which is always a big plus. We were especially grateful for the staff on the floor with the kids - they were so kind and patient, even with a few nervous little ones. It really made the experience stress free for both kids and adults. The varying activities were high quality with tons to do, and the food actually tasted really good (way better than expected)! Overall, a fantastic place with great energy, phenomenal staff, and a fun, clean environment.

We have always managed to come on days that were not busy but today was pretty busy. My only complaint is there was a kid that was continuously hitting other kids and I had to physically go into the jump area to get him off another kid after watching him gut punch another. Also my child was playing dodge ball and was told to “sit out” while others played and no one else had to “sit out”. Maybe on busy days there needs to be some more eyes on deck but other than that the employees have always been fine and place is clean and nice. Today just wasn’t that great of one.

My grandson had his 8th BD party here. What a great place for kids to get some exercise and have fun at the same time. Their pizza is very good as well.

I had my daughters 4th birthday party here and i am very pleased and impressed with their service and facility. From the time we got there they let us into the party room to setup a little early, the party room is very spacious and have plenty of chairs setup for everyone. They had the host meet us in the room and gave us a rundown of the time the pizza would be coming out and if we would like to make any changes in the times we were able to do so as well. He was super helpful and even helped my wife setup the room since we had brought some of our own decor. Our party was from 5-7 and all the kids are still allowed to jump and use the facility after the party was over which i thought was a great deal. Cleanliness is important in a business and the place was very clean and all the staff was always watching the kids and supervising them and i saw staff always picking up trash and cleaning things around the building and in the jumping area. Would 100% reccomend anyone to use them for your parties.

Could be ok . experience was very unwelcoming. Staff consists of a bunch of teenagers who don't want to be there. Rude to the kids. I paid almost $200 in this location. And my group of kids wouldn't even go to a certain part of the facility because they were rude to them. They started putting all of the chairs up in the 7:00 hour. As if it didn't have whole another hour and 45 minutes of play time. And makes us feel like you're ready for us to leave. My recommendation would be have a manager on duty walking the floor and assuring that these kids are in good moods, keeping the energy alive. Recognizing when they needed a break, or relocated throughout the day. I understand that it can and emotionally exhausting job . That's why we need to do better as leaders. The chance of me ever coming back And spending my own money. Not likely.
