Loved this place but their customer service has gone down. Almost impossible to find an employee, don't try and get the action figures either, if you get it stuck the employees will come to "fix" it by making it unable to be moved by anyone, had another employee take a look at was like yea lemme fix it after 40 minutes of trying to find them. Got it stuck again and same employee that "fixed it" made it impossible to move again. $60 wasted, time wasted as well by how hard it was to find help.

Took my Fiancee here to win some prizes so both of us had a great time and enjoy the variety of claw machine games and other arcade games as well.

A good selection of games that, unfortunately, hasn't changed a ton since they opened. The game locations have changed, and there has been additions, but most of the 'change' has been rearranging existing machines. A large selection of claw and skill prize games. Also, surprisngly a TON of coin pushers. I wouldn't be surprised if it was determined to be the widest variety and number of coin pushers in Kansas. The biggest issue I have is costs. Last I went, $20 got you 80 tokens, with a lot of games and experiences being 15 tokens on average. So $20 will get you twenty minutes of entertainment (not counting walking/finding games). This is OK your first visit because you'll spend a lot of time just exploring the various games and options, but otherwise is a hassle. In comparison, Gilleys in Park City has a sinilar in style arcade, but with fewer machines. You get more tokens for the same price ($20 equals 100 tokens) AND the games are 10 tokens on average, with most claw/skill machines veing 7 tokens and some as low as 2 tokens (the mini claw machines).

Pretty nice place to play games and claw machines the downside is everything costs 9-14 points to play and you get 4 points per dollar spent so the value for money isn't worth it. Also the ticket values compared to what you can pick is pretty sad everything that you would want is 10,000 plus tickets candy is also pretty spendy for ticket exchange

I had no idea they had a karaoke room! This was so much fun! They charge by person but I feel like you should be able to rent the room for an hour. It shouldn't matter how many people you have as long as you don't go over capacity. Place was clean. We didn't do anything else here this time.
