I had been doing one on one lessons for six months, hoping to have an amateur fight. Things were on track until I had my nose broken at a different gym. Once I was healed up after about eight weeks, I was nudged towards group classes, which is not my thing. If you’re looking for a boxercise gym, are in your 20s, or have a child looking to get into the sport, it’s worth a look. If you’re older, looking to compete but aren’t into group lessons, you might want to try somewhere else.

The gym has a energetic staff that loves to help their members improve in any aspect of their life, all through the great art of Boxing. 10/10 gym

Both my children attend the kids class. I love that the staff really get to know the kids and know just what they need. If they think you can handle it they are gonna push you further like they do for my daughter. My son has some disabilities they let him take the lead. They encourage him but don’t push him further then he is comfortable. I love that about them. It makes him feel at ease and he keeps wanting to go back. The staff can’t be beat. And the price is very competitive compared to other gyms. I love that my son can take advantage of the membership. My very busy daughter can fit every week into her schedule but they offer a punch card that is perfect for her. I highly recommend.

Great gym, amazing trainers/coaches, super welcoming environment and very much feels like the family run business that it is. Get a great workout and learn a skill while you’re at it. Extremely reasonable membership and coaching prices and a lot to offer. Would highly recommend if your looking to find a new workout, learn a new skill, find a place to push you but also allow you to work and learn at your own pace, with a supportive staff and friendly fellow boxers!

This place is wonderful: friendly, non-judgmental and very supportive. I get a great workout at the heavy bag sessions - every trainer has their own approach and they all do an excellent job. In just 3 months I notice that my cardio is improved, my joints feel good (all the stretching they do before and after workouts!), and it's definitely improved my mood! I've loved doing basic training, spinning, and other types of workouts, but this seems to be the most all-around effective for my physical and mental health.
