Daniel is an excellent trainer and boxing coach and knows how to make a workout session fun and engaging! Daniel has a wide range of experience training beginners who are looking to get a good workout in to more intermediate/advanced clients looking to refine their boxing technique/conditioning from his own boxing competition experience. I cannot recommend working with Daniel enough if you're looking for a quality trainer
I started taking Daniel's Strength & Conditioning classes at 3rd St Boxing Gym last November. I weighed 250 lbs when I started training with Daniel. 6 months in and I am now weighing 220 lbs. To say Daniel is an excellent coach is an understatement. His classes are intense but the motivation and knowledge he provides keep me going in my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Daniels classes to anyone wanting to start boxing or start working out in general.

I started taking Daniel's Strength and Conditioning class at the Third Street Gym approximately one year after having a baby and coming off of a shoulder injury. I'm a few months in now and my shoulder pain is gone, I feel so much stronger and my confidence is way up. Daniel is a skilled teacher and his classes are always entertaining and varying in the exercises he has us do. He works out every part of the body and we all have a lot of fun. I'm so happy to have discovered Daniel as a trainer and will continue to show up on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
