Undeniably one of the biggest game changers in achieving my goals was starting to take coaching with the owner Chris. The gym is a great vibe and the people who attend that ive met are incredible and clearly build a great and supportive community. I could not recommend it more to get in touch and sign up for some of the best cardio boxing classes or 1 on 1 coaching out here.

Chris at Boxing Oasis is an amazing coach! I worked with him at a previous gym for a while when I was getting back into boxing at 50 years old…he takes the time to learn your strengths and weaknesses, and then be builds on what you need. He’s a very solid guy, and he’s a very talented fighter….if you’re looking to get in shape and learn the sport, he’s your guy! And if you’re looking to level up and start competing, he’ll get you there. Highly recommend!

This place is really special and so is the Owner/Coach there, Chris. The cardio classes can’t be beat, and Chris really knows what he’s doing as a coach. He’s approachable and warm and fun, but also someone you can respect and admire. The community he has built here works hard & pushes each other—but they are also awesome at taking care of each other and taking care of anyone new coming in. You’ll feel welcome, get a great workout and learn something EVERY class!! Plus, he always has good music.

Tomo Bouldering Club is a sunlit Portland gym that blends creative route setting with a full fitness area. The space features two system boards, two spray walls, a moon board, a large conditioning space, and a mezzanine for hanging out.
