Back in India, my mom has been following Brahma Kumaris for years. I've seen many positive changes in her—she's become much calmer and no longer worries or gets stressed. I live in Tennessee, USA, and had always wanted to join Brahma Kumaris classes but couldn't find any nearby. I stayed connected by watching YouTube videos and following their principles.
