Made an appointment for 1pm with Waunishia. Checked in 5 minutes early and was corrected our appointment was with Shelly. I clarified I did not schedule with Shelly, and the receptionist said Waunishia was sick, but they were able to shuffle appointments around, so we still had a 1 pm. I didn't know who Shelly was, so we watched two stylists take clients for an hour until I checked in again. Reception told me she left a message advised our appointment was cancelled. I admit I screened my calls and did not answer, but why was I told I still had a 1pm appointment when I checked in? I should have been told it was cancelled before I wasted an hour waiting around. Our first two visits over the past year were fine, but the mediocrity of today's service makes it unlikely I will return.

Waunishia did an awesome job. It was our son’s first haircut at 15 months and as a rather spirited kid, he absolutely flipped out the entire time. Nothing was going to distract him. She was so kind and patient. She worked fast, efficiently, and at the end of the cut after he had sobbed the whole way through, he looked great! Thanks so much.

My kids and I love Brat Pack! All of the stylists are amazing and patient with the kids. They are fast because they have to be but will go above and beyond for the kiddos, including doing a shampoo for those with tangled hair (my daughter). I highly recommend them :)

Took my son in for his first haircut today. Before making the appointment, i had asked if they would donate the hair and they only responded with "it needs to be at least 10 inches long." I told them it was about 14 inches long and proceeded to make the appointment. They never clarified that they would not make the donation, they would only cut his hair and i was responsible for making the donation - they told me this only when my son had already picked his video and was ready to get onto the chair. Since i had already promised my son that i would get his hair cut today, i did not want to disappoint him so i proceeded with the appointment. He got the worst haircut in the history of haircuts. The lady kept blaming his hair, which i bought until I got home and took a closer look. The finishing is AWFUL. His sideburns are uneven and the line at the back of his head is almost 25deg slope. Shoddy job. Terrible salon. Reply to your comment below - you did not mention the bit about me having to mail the hair myself until my son was almost in the chair, as mentioned above. He had been looking forward to his first haircut for a while so i could not break his little heart and go looking for a different salon at that point. When i mentioned to you the first time i spoke to you over the phone, even before you could find me a spot "i don't want to book an appointment if you don't donate the hair." Why didn't you correct me then? You misled me intentionally. I did not notice the shoddy job until I got home and took a closer look. Apparently my husband did but he didn't say anything until we got into the car at which point he said "i could have given him a better cut." This being my first experience getting my child's hair cut, i did not know what to look for.

We came in with our daughter for her 1st haircut, and I really enjoyed the experience. My daughter seemed to enjoy it too. The experience did feel a bit rushed, but after reading the owners comments on previous reviews, I understand why. Here are things we received during our visit: - stylist offered a strand of hair to take home with a certificate (as it was our 1st haircut) - stylist offered a cartoon for the LO - stylist cut LO's hair and offered: to braid it, spray a fragrance mist, use a glitter spray, color with washable color - stylist asked us if it's OK to use a blow dryer - stylist was friendly, kind, fast and gentle I'm not a huge fan of the name of the place (would never call my LO a brat), but I can still see us visiting again for our next haircut!
