Tried the Midtown location and it was very good. Parking is easy and free. Service was prompt. Erika is super friendly and personable. I like that she asked my preference of do I want to know when she is going to pull. No esthetician ever asks and that's actually the most important thing to me bc I do NOT like to anticipate the pull 😂

Joy is AMAZING. Hands down one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her technique is so smooth and efficient—way less painful than I expected—and the results were flawless. She’s also super kind and reassuring, which makes such a difference. I went for a walk-in appointment today. Their staff (especially the receptionist) is very friendly and the location is nice. Amayah did my wax and she did exceptionally well! She was extremely thorough which resulted me in having the best wax I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend her if you want amazing results.

I have been a client for 9 plus years and I must say I will remain a client for many more years to come! Sandra is my favorite and has spoiled me rotten. Her incredible customer service, patience, conversation and carefulness that goes into every appointment is top tier! She’s always keep me in tune with the latest products and how to take care of my areas at home! I always leave overly satisfied and happy to return! 10/10 highly recommended
