I started my Pilates journey at this studio 2 years ago, and I'm proud to say that it's still going strong, all thanks to the incredible women that created and run this amazing place! Especially Chrissy, she does not only have a strong knowledge of the art, but she is incredibly attentive to my body and posture, fixing my posture every time and even adding a little challenge here and there to help me develop my body even more. I also love her energy and her cue, especially her cues. After Chrissy, I have explored the local Pilates scene more, but nobody makes it as easy and intuitive to connect the mind and the body like Chrissy does. If this is your first ever Pilates, I cannot recommend Chrissy and Brewerytown Pilates more.

I am seriously enjoying my intro member pack at Brewerytown Pilates and all the benefits my body has been showing from them! My posture, energy level and mood have all improved and I am noticing subtle activations throughout my entire body that make me feel taller, leaner and generally more flexible, strong, resilient and aligned. The studio is clean, modern and very attractive. The teachers have all been wonderful so far. I can’t stop singing praises for this place and am so happy that it’s part of our neighborhood.

Great studio with a neighborhood feel. Lots of different teaching styles across multiple instructors, so opportunities to mix it up or find your perfect fit. Love the community at this studio- really positive environment.

Brewerytown Pilates is just the best! Each instructor I have experienced has been fantastic - with clear instructions, attention to each individuals form, and a welcoming nature towards everybody. It’s clear that the owner takes great care to ensure that instructors are well-trained, while also maintaining reasonable pricing to ensure that classes are accessible to many.

I’ve been taking classes at Brewerytown Pilates for over a year and cannot recommended this studio enough! I have a back problem and practicing Pilates has helped me feel so much stronger and have less pain. The vibe here is welcoming, there is always encouragement and laughter during class. The beginner series of classes offered here definitely helped boost my confidence around the reformer and performing exercises correctly.
