I have been a customer of Brindley’s for the past 11 months and have purchased one guitar as well as had my old electric guitar worked on by Bruce. Both guitars play great and I love how friendly the staff is. I take music lessons as well and this local music store is a great place to get everything I have needed to continue my interest in music that I started 20 years ago.

Bought an Ibanez electric acoustic guitar at a garage sale. It needed a professional setup and I choose Brindley's Music Center. Bruce did the setup with new DR strings installed. What a fantastic job he did Action on it now is very comfortable to play. If you need great service, this is the place to go. Very reliable and reasonable prices.

Had a ukelele and electric acoustic guitar worked on recently. It had been years that I had the acoustic evaluated by a professional Luthier. Brindley's is convenient for me and the knowledgeable staff, instruments, accessories is a great local place to support. The Luthier, Bruce, and his son, Bruce, head the lineup of helpful staff. From my observations, they also appear to have a good flow of students taking lessons on a number of different instruments. I recommend supporting this local family owned brick and mortar shop!!

Brindley's Music Center is much more than a repair shop. We're a family that has used Brindley's for everything musical over the years: rented our kids' instruments here, from violin to drum kit, always appreciating the fair pricing. Brindley's is a true one-stop resource for the Chandler community and east valley, covering sales, expert repairs, rentals, and lessons. Luthier Bruce's craftsmanship is unparalleled 🎶, resurrecting a nearly-impossible-to-fix rare mandolin heirloom that my husband inherited, over 100 years old. Bruce's estimates were completely transparent, fair, and he's viable options for the difficult work. Brindley’s also offers reliable and fairly priced rentals (violin, drums, etc.) and is a great resource for music lessons (including my new congas class I'm looking to take!). The store remains a trusted local business for all musical needs, showing commitment to the community. We will continue to visit and recommend the shop to anyone with musical interests!

I brought in my wife’s grandfather’s 1952 Gibson ES-125 and my Martin 12-string to Brindley’s Music Center for a basic setup and service. Dropped them off on Monday and had them both back by Friday; great turnaround! Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about music. You can tell they really care about instruments and take pride in what they do. The guitars both came back playing and sounding noticeably better. Brindley’s has that rare old-school, family-owned shop vibe that’s becoming harder to find. Whether you’re bringing in a vintage heirloom or a student’s first instrument, they treat it with the same care. Highly recommended for anyone in the Chandler area looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and personable music store. 🎸
