I have been attending classes at the studio for several years, every class and every teacher has been excellent. The Meditation, relaxation and mindfulness classes are unique in Bristol, the quiet and peaceful space is excellent for this.
I go to Cecilia’s yoga classes and I love them! She explains everything really clearly and I always leave the class feeling properly stretched! I also like that she often focuses on a particular pose or body part so I feel like I’m developing different aspects of my yoga practice each time I go to a class. Thanks Cecilia :)
I ❤️ Bristol yoga centre run by Naomi. I find her style of yoga innovative, informative and very person centred . I have done lots of yoga over the years with lots of great teachers, however Naomi is my favourite as she mixes it up and brings creativity to all of her sessions which means that I am constantly learning and growing my personal practice. The other teachers are also good at the Centre and bring their own flavours .. thank you 🙏🏼 Bristol yoga 🧘♀️
I have been coming to classes here for several years, mostly taught by Naomi and Travis. The teaching is fun and creative and they are always interested in understanding your personal health and needs and adapting their classes to suit you. Nice space to practise in too, with lots of props and a handy toilet. Coffee upstairs at Flour House before or after class makes for the perfect nourishing experience!
A lovely calm space in the centre of the city to practice. Teachers are friendly and welcoming and cater for all levels. I have been attending Naomi's classes for several years now and continue to find them varied and interesting, both challenging and relaxing! Really recommend Bristol Yoga Centre.
