I have seen two PTs at this office over the past seven years, Ryan and Kaylan. Both have been patient, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, creative and flexible (not pun intended) in helping me address age-related joint issues. I recommend them very highly.

Have had misc. PT body parts worked on here. All staff seems to really care about their patients, with a special shout out for Ryan Cook. Currently doing PT for my fractured hip. Very gentle and mindful of what needs to be done. ALL GOOD.

I am writing to share my concerns about my recent experience at your clinic. From the start, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Upon arrival, I waited outside in 36-degree weather for 15 minutes because the lights were off, and the receptionist did not acknowledge me when she arrived. When I entered, I was met with a curt response about incomplete paperwork, despite explaining my post-surgery limitations. The receptionist showed little understanding, making an already difficult situation more frustrating. During my appointment, my provider, Ellen, had not reviewed my chart and was unaware of my surgery. She also contradicted my surgeon’s instructions regarding exercises, which left me uncertain about my care. By the time I left, I was in tears. Despite this, I was willing to give the clinic another try, hoping my next visit would be better. However, the day before my next appointment, the receptionist called, claiming they were missing paperwork and might not be paid for my first visit. I knew the authorization had been received, so I called my insurance, who confirmed my coverage. This confirmed my decision to seek care elsewhere. Thankfully, I found Cascade Physical Therapy, where I am greeted warmly, scheduled efficiently, and treated according to my surgeon’s recommendations. Their professionalism and patient-centered approach have made a significant difference in my recovery. I hope your clinic can improve by ensuring staff acknowledge and support patients, providers review charts before appointments, and communication about insurance and paperwork is clearer. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that future patients have a better experience than I did.
