Air conditioner out during a heat advisory in phoenix? When that happened to me, Mr. Brocard showed up the next day to replace my capacitor. He quite literally saved the day. He was honest about what I may be looking at in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Onaidi was excellent! If I can give 6 stars I would! A/C stopped working at 6:30pm on Fri he came out the next day early and fixed the issue within 30 mins. He's punctual, kind, amazing service and walked through everything with us on what he was doing/replacing. He went above and beyond and we are truly grateful. We'll be contacting him again. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Brocard Air Conditioning and Heating. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly responsive and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their team arrived quickly and got the job done with impressive speed and high-quality workmanship. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on both efficiency and service, but they nailed it. Highly recommend!

Talk about a breath of fresh air. Brocard and the tech Onaidi do honest work and that is all I ask for. I have gone to other A/C companies for quotes and it was a cash grab. Other companies have showed up barely look at the unit and throw a price. Onaidi showed up, actually looked at the unit, found the problem and gave me options. Most importantly Brocard/Onaidi gave a fair price, not like these other companies I have dealt with. It's refreshing and it won't be the last time I will be calling Brocard and the tech Onaidi. Onaidi was incredible and it is greatly appreciated.
