They came promptly when I asked for an estimate. I felt it was a fair price and authorized the work be done. They were here when promised the guys were polite, Courteous did a great job left the place clean after they were done, and everything seems to be just fine.

We have been more than happy with the service provided by Eric and Adrien. They arrived on time, one day after our initial request, and performed a marvellous and professional job repair of our leaking kitchen sink and pipes. They were both very easy to communicate with and explained patiently, and in great detail, how we need to use new sink parts to avoid future damage and what to pay attention to regarding some old copper pipes embedded in our walls. This all went beyond what was expected for this service but exactly what is needed by every eager client hoping to avoid future mistakes. Their guidance and professional advice were priceless. They completed the job fast and left the kitchen clean. Thank you for an excellent service! We will contact this company again, if we ever need their expertise.

The techs at Brooks Plumbing are quite good and easy to work with. The problem is the owner. He is an absolute jerk. The plumber came to the house to clear a drain that took 5 minutes and stated the charge would be $120 which I felt was reasonable. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to pay while the technician is at the house. The next day I received a bill for $270. When I politely called to ask about the bill amount, he hung up on me before I could finish my opening sentence. I called back and asked why he would hang up on me when I've been a customer for years. He said he didn't need my business since he has lots of customers. He has hung up on me several times in the past but I have always come back since I love the technicians. No more. I can't take the risk of getting charged $270 for 5 minutes of work (when the tech said $120).
